Nathanael Larochette plays in Musk Ox and The Night Watch, two groups that you should check out if you haven’t. Otherwise, this is some peaceful, contemplative guitar music that feels warm and calming.
Just big and pummeling death metal. For a debut record this is surprisingly cohesive. One of those albums that feels dense and claustrophobic.
A one man melodeath-ish band that has a decently large back catalog at this point. Seagrave has an appropriately evocative atmosphere and some excellent vocal passages.
